chocolate is
our passion

Annie – Founder of ChocoStyle

Born in Peru, Annie grew up surrounded by cacao trees, where chocolate and rich flavors were part of everyday life. From a young age, she was introduced to the art of baking by her mother, a passionate pastry chef who passed on her love of sweets and taught her, among other things, how to make chocolate truffles.

In 1980, Annie moved to Canada and quickly fell in love with Montreal, whose charm reminded her of Europe. Driven by her passion for chocolate and fine pastry, she decided to pursue professional training to refine her craft.

She traveled to Europe, where she attended several renowned and specialized schools in chocolate making and pastry. Through this journey, she developed a unique expertise and fulfilled her dream of becoming a Master Chocolatier.

Today, more than 30 years later, Annie continues to share her passion through ChocoStyle. Her creations delight chocolate lovers with signature products such as the famous ChocoBouchées, the delicious Mamamiaa cookies, and a variety of irresistible cupcakes.

Each creation reflects her story — a passion born among cacao trees and passed down from generation to generation.
