Born in Peru, Annie arrived to Quebec in 1980, falling in love with Montreal and it's European allure.
 
After working in various trades, she decided to follow her passion for chocolate and traveled to Europe where she attended various schools and courses to become Maitre chocolatier.
 
Today, Annie is a Beyond Expert chocolatier and a known figure in Quebec's confectionery industry.
